PRODUCT CARE
It is important to take care of your concrete sealer to keep your piece looking its
best. The easiest way to ensure you do not have an issue is to keep acids away
from your product.

• • Clean all spills immediately including water
  • Use warm soapy water to clean your concrete and keep away from harsh cleaning products
  • A microfibre cloth is recommended for cleaning to avoid scratching the
    surface (steer clear of scourers and steel wool)
  • Do not stand or place heavy objects on your concrete benchtop, table or
    vanity
  • Avoid placing wet objects on your concrete products as this could lead to
    sealer failure

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
ConcreteXclusive provide a 12 month structural warranty on all products

Important Note:
ConcreteXclusive products are handcrafted using Glass Fibre Reinforced
Concrete (GFRC), it is a raw, textured material and therefore each piece may
vary in colour and have its own imperfections such as pinholes, grout fillings,
colour variation and occasionally hairline cracks. These are normal
imperfections with concrete products and these are not considered
manufacturing defects.

ConcreteXclusive does not offer exchange, return, refund, repair or replacement
for change of mind on a purchased product under any circumstances. Our
warranty will not cover any damage due to lack of care from the client.
ConcreteXclusive will not be responsible for any breaks and damages where the
client is at fault or incorrect installation.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Concrete Xclusive offer shipping Australia wide. We take the utmost care in
packing our products to avoid any damage occurring through transit.
Please do not sign or accept your order if the box appears damaged on delivery
as your products may have been damaged in transport. Our courier will then
notify us if the goods have been refused.
Once your product has been delivered, please open immediately and inspect for
any damage as you will need to notify us of damage within 48 hours.
